We are the Menazza family and we have been managing this small hotel in Jesolo for 36 years, at the beginning with our father Giorgio and for 21 years now, I am Tania, the captain of the whole crew of this small “world” that is Hotel Germania.
Since I was 10 years old I have experienced the hotel in all its thousand facets, and still today you will find me ready to welcome you, serve you and entertain you.
I am a hotelier, mother of Carlotta, Edoardo and Camilla: simply a woman like many others, engaged in many different roles, to keep everyone in balance at the same time.
Even if there is nothing simple in all this. So don’t be surprised if you see my children among the tables or at the bar, or if you meet Marco, my partner, solving a maintenance problem. In addition to being a family, we are a team with a single goal… all for one… one for all
A nice interlude, from 1996 to 2011, also as a travel agent, helped me to expand and enrich my vision of holiday and hospitality world. I like to define myself as a simple person, who loves the values of the past, meetings, relationships, exchanges, sharing, communication, where the human being is always at the center.
I forgot…. I confide a secret to you, one of my greatest passions, that most amuses me, is the world of show business and entertainment. So don’t be surprised if sometimes you will see me change my hotelier “clothes” with those of the artistic director or even with those of a passionate…. Entertainer
